I’ve recently bought my 2nd Pi Ring X, which is how much it has impressed me.
This is possibly one of the best wearable devices in the market today. It’s stylish, very well made and comes in attractive colours. I have one each in gold and silver (steel). The sizing is spot on and it’s light enough to not be bothersome.
Coming to the main aspect, ie measurement and recording of health parameters, I have found it to be highly accurate.
The step count, HR, sleep data and SpO2 are comparable with my other fitness watches of Garmin and Amazfit.
Battery life is excellent, with at least 4 days between charges.
It comes with a wireless charger (although the charger itself needs to be plugged in).
The connectivity with the app has been seamless. The app is user friendly and displays the data in a convenient dashboard.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience.
I also want to put in a good word for the customer care, who despite few delays in answering queries, always got back to me with a positive attitude.
If you are in the market for a smart ring, this is a fantastic option at a reasonable price.
Sorry, for giving a negative review prior. I take it back
I was contacted by pi ring team with my connection issues promptly.
Looking forward to getting the issues solved...
I've been using the Pi Ring X from last 2 weeks now, and I must say, it has completely exceeded my expectations. This sleek piece of technology combines style with functionality seamlessly.
First off, the design is fantastic. It's sleek, minimalistic, and fits comfortably on my finger without feeling bulky. Battery life is impressive too. I charge it once every few days, which is convenient and hassle-free. The accompanying app is average and needs more flawlessness but it does a decent job for you. Though sometimes I face connectivity issue I am happy with it.
Only issue I faced was communicating with their customer care people as the reply time is more than usual. But they do solve your queries.
Overall I recommend Pi Ring X considering its built quality with stylish looks.
Ordered pi ring x for my father who is suffering from heart disease and the results of heart monitoring is pretty much correct but the step counter needs to be accurate.
Nice product
